The hotel is kosher under the supervision of the Jerusalem Rabbinat. There is a synagogue active on Shabbat and Jewish holidays.  Shabbat Elevator is operating during Saturdays & Jewish holidays. Guests who avoid using electricity on Shabbat can approach the front desk in order to receive mechanical keys. Candle lighting is allowed in a designated are a in the lobby. Lighting candles in your room is strictly forbbiden.

The hotel restaurant offers guests a rich Israeli breakfast, served daily between 06:30-10:00 and on Saturdays between 06:30-10:30. Serving style: Dairy buffet.
Guests who are not staying at the hotel can also enjoy the rich and varied breakfast. The price is 120 NIS for an adult, 80 NIS for a child (under the age of 12). For details and reservations, please contact:

Dinner (when available) is served between 18:30-20:30. Meal times on Saturdays and holidays vary according to the timing of the Sabbath/holiday. Please check at the reception desk. The hotel is kosher under the supervision of the Jerusalem Rabbinate.

Parking for people with disabilities
The Prima Kings Hotel does not have a regulated parking lot. There is one place reserved for people with disabilities and you can contact the reception department at the hotel for coordination by phone: 02-6201201.
 
Entrance to the hotel
The main entrance to the hotel is adapted for people with disabilities.
Reception: accessible reception adjusted in height for use in a wheelchair. There is also a hearing aid system at the reception for the hearing impaired.
 
Accessible Restrooms
There are accessible restrooms located in the lobby and on the 1st floor.
 
Elevators
The 2 guest elevators are adapted for wheelchair use. In the elevator has a voice announcement in Hebrew and English of on the floor we are on.

Dining room
In order to get to the dining room, that is located on the entrance floor, it is necessary to go up 3 stairs, but there is an elevator which can help disabled guests with wheelchairs. 
If necessary and upon request, we have special chairs with armrests in the dining room that allow the guest with a wheelchair to move to a regular chair during the meal if he wishes.
The meals are served at the buffet, but the waiters are at your disposal to serve the food from the buffet.
 
Spa
The spa is located on the -1 floor. You can reach the spa through an accessible elevator and from there a wheelchair lift will take the guest down 3 steps, where there is a restroom and a shower adapted for those with disabilities

The hotel has 3 accessible rooms. 2 deluxe rooms and 1 classic room. The rooms are adapted for a couple.
 
Animals
The entry of animals in general is prohibited with the exception of accommodating guide dogs for the blind and visually impaired.

Secure luggage storage is available for all our guests for free before check-in and after check-out.

Laundry and dry cleaning services are available for an additional fee – the laundry service form and laundry bag are located in your room's closet. An ironing room with an iron and ironing board is available for self-service at all hours, free of charge, on the first floor.
