In the hotel spa, there is a heated pool with a special lift to lower a disabled person into the water. If this is the case, the arrival must be notified in advance so that we can prepare the elevator ahead of time, since two people are needed to get it safely into the water. The procedure is the same as for a fresh water pool.
Restaurant
The Nana hotel restaurant is located on the ground floor in front of the entrance to the reception spa and can be entered with a wheelchair. If necessary and upon request, there is an adapted table.
The Marine restaurant is located on the minus 1 floor, it can only be reached by elevator. The meals are served at the buffet, but the waiters are at your service to serve the food from the buffet to you.

The hotel has 5 accessible superior or classic rooms that are suitable for use with a wheelchair with an accessible bathroom.
These rooms must be booked in advance, especially during the summer months on holidays and weekends.
Animals
The entry of animals is generally prohibited, only accommodation of guide dogs for the blind and severely visually impaired is allowed. We would appreciate to be notified ahead of time, so that we can take care of a water tank and food for the guide dog.
Wheelchair lift
The hotel has a wheelchair lift for the benefit of disabled people who have difficulty with the ramp leading to the pool. This lift is only accompanied by a security team member.

Parking for people with disabilities
There are several parking spaces in the hotel area designated for disabled persons. In the hotel's parking lot, there are 3 parking spaces for people with disabilities (marked in blue on the floor) that also allow the use of a wheelchair lift. These parking spaces are intended for the use of especially tall or large vehicles transporting people with mobility disabilities. There is no need to reserve a spot at the parking lot, since all parking spaces are upon availability, as is the case with parking for the disabled.

There are two guest elevators that are adapted for use in wheelchairs and for the visually impaired. Inside the elevators, there is a voice announcement in Hebrew and English indicating which floor we are on.
Technological aids for the hearing impaired. These aids are used by hearing impaired people who use hearing aids and can be obtained by contacting the reception.

If necessary and upon request, we have special chairs with armrests in the restaurant that allow the owner of a wheelchair to move to a regular chair during the meal if he so wishes. Rooms
We have two classic accessible rooms in the hotel, you must contact the hotel before making a reservation to make sure the rooms are available.
Dining room/restaurant "Shulchan Galili". The elevator does not reach the dining room, the lowest floor is the reception lobby floor, which is reached through the odd elevator. After that, you have to go down 10 steps to get to the dining room – restaurant. In the dining room-restaurant there is a team of waiters who are always ready to assist and help, who are well briefed in the case of guests with disabilities.
Swimming Pool
The pool is not accessible and has stairs. There is no elevator in the pool.
Lobby bar
The lobby bar is located half a floor above the reception lobby area and requires to climb about 8 steps.
