The minimum age for check-in is 18.
Rooms are available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM (Sunday to Friday).
On Saturdays and on Jewish holidays: We allow checking-out after Shabbat/holiday ends at no additional charge, and room check-in is available starting one hour after Shabbat/holiday ends.
Valid for reservations until March 31st , 2025.

Minimum age for check-in is 18. Children under the age of 2 can share parents' room with supplement of 35NIS + VAT per child, per night. For children 2-12 sharing parents' room supplement of 25% will apply, in addition supplement for larger room will be applied as well.

The hotel is kosher under the supervision of the Jerusalem Rabbinat. There is a synagogue active on Shabbat and Jewish holidays. Shabbat Elevator is operating during Saturdays & Jewish holidays. Guests who avoid using electricity on Shabbat can approach the front desk in order to receive mechanical keys. Candle lighting is allowed in a designated are a in the lobby. Lighting candles in your room is strictly forbbiden.
The hotel restaurant offers guests a rich Israeli breakfast, served daily between 06:30-10:00 and on Saturdays between 07:00-11:00. Serving style: Dairy buffet.

Parking for people with disabilities: There are 2 parking spaces in the hotel area designated for disabled people. In the hotel's open parking lot on the lobby level, there are spaces that also allow the use of a wheelchair lift for the purpose of removing an electric wheelchair near the car. We do not reserve spaces and the use of the parking lot is based on available space only, so there is no need to reserve a parking space in advance.

You can enter the hotel directly at the main door with a wheelchair and be admitted to the reception.
Reception: the hotel has an accessible reception that is mostly adapted for wheelchair use. Both of the hotel's reception desks are equipped with hearing aid systems intended for those with hearing disabilities or use hearing aids.

There are accessible restrooms located on minus 1 floor of the hotel.

The guest elevators are wheelchair accessible. In the elevator has a voice announcement in Hebrew and English to indicate floor number.

The hotel restaurant is on the lobby floor and can be entered with a wheelchair. If necessary and upon request, we have special chairs with armrests in the dining room that allow the guest with a wheelchair to move to a regular chair during the meal if he wishes. The same can be found in the meat restaurant on -2 floor. The meals are served at buffet style, but the waiters are at your service to serve the food from the buffet to you.

The entry of animals is generally prohibited, only accommodation of guide dogs for the blind and severely visually impaired is allowed.

An ironing room with an iron and ironing board is available for self-service at all times, free of charge, on the 5th floor.
