Rooms are available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM (Sunday to Friday).
On Saturdays and on Jewish holidays: We allow checking-out after Shabbat/holiday ends at no additional charge, and room check-in is available starting one hour after Shabbat/holiday ends.

Guests who avoid using electricity on Shabbat can approach the front desk in order to receive mechanical keys. Candle lighting is allowed in a designated are a in the lobby. Lighting candles in your room is strictly forbbiden.
The hotel restaurant offers guests a rich Israeli breakfast, served daily between 06:30-10:00. Serving style: Dairy buffet. Dinner is served daily between 18:30-20:30. on Saturdays, lunch is served between 13:30-15:00.

Parking for people with disabilities
There are three parking spots for the disabled, on the entrance floor parking lot. Two of those parking spaces are wide and have the option to open a wheelchair lift. All of the parking spaces are marked in blue. Generally parking is upon availability, but it is possible to reserve a parking space for a disabled guest with long-term notice (14 days before arrival). Entrance to the hotel
You can enter the hotel by an accessible way from the parking spaces on the entrance floor. In order to get to the hotel from the underground parking lot, there is an elevator that will lead you to the lobby.
Reception - the hotel has an accessible reception that is adapted for wheelchair use, and there is also a hearing aid system designed for the hearing impaired, for those who use hearing aids.
Accessible Restrooms - there are accessible restrooms located on the -1st floor (underground) with a clearly marked sign.
Elevators
The guest elevators are adapted for wheelchair use, (the entrance to the elevators is marked with rough stripes on the floor, intended to mark the elevator area for the visually impaired). You can identify each floor number by feeling the braille signage on the surface of the frame. In addition, inside the elevator there is a voice

These are located in several places in the hotel, both at the reception desk and at the lobby bar.
The hotel restaurant
The restaurant is located on the entrance floor, it can be entered with a wheelchair, if necessary, and upon request we have special chairs with armrests in the hotel, which allow the owner of a wheelchair to switch to a regular chair during the meal if he wishes. The meals are served at the buffet, but the waiters are at your service to serve the food from the buffet to you.

Rooms
The hotel has three accessible rooms, which are suitable for use with a wheelchair, including the bathroom which is also wheelchair accessible. These rooms must be booked in advance.
Animals
The entry of animals is generally prohibited, only accommodation of guide dogs for the blind and severely visually impaired is allowed. We would appreciate to be notified ahead of time, so that we can take care of a water tank and food for the guide dog.

Laundry and dry cleaning services are available for an additional charge from Sunday untill Thursday, not avalible on the weekend and jewish holidays – the laundry service form and laundry bag are located in your room closet. Fill out the attached form and dial 0 to request pickup. Ironing in the rooms is prohibited. An ironing room with an iron and ironing board are available for self-service at all times, free of charge, on every guest floor.

As hotel guests, you can enjoy free entry to the hotel's gym and use of its facilities. The entrance to the gym is allowed for hotel guests who are over 16 years old and dressed in sports clothes and sports shoes. Entry is via the room key card which has been coded at the reception desk, after signing a health declaration. The gym is located on floor P, and is open every day from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
