For your convenience, the hotel has a synagogue that operates on Shabbat and Jewish holidays, providing a Torah scroll and prayer books. A Shabbat elevator is in operation on Shabbat and Jewish holidays. Guests who observe Shabbat can obtain mechanical Shabbat keys at the reception before the start of Shabbat or the holiday. Parking for people with disabilities
There are several parking spaces in the hotel area designated for disabled persons. In the hotel's parking lot, there are 3 parking spaces for people with disabilities (marked in blue on the floor) that also allow the use of a wheelchair lift. These parking spaces are intended for the use of especially tall or large vehicles transporting people with mobility disabilities. Parking spaces are upon availability.
Entrance to the hotel
You can enter from the parking lot directly to the reception area with a wheelchair using a ramp designed for mobility.
Reception
The hotel has an accessible reception that is accessible for wheelchairs. There is also a hearing aid system at the reception intended for those with hearing disabilities .
Accessible Restrooms
There are accessible restrooms located on the lobby floor near the reception.
Elevators
There are two guest elevators that are adapted for use of guests in wheelchairs and for the visually impaired. You can identify each floor number by feeling the braille signage on the surface of the frame on the right side of the elevator. Inside the elevators, there is a voice announcement in Hebrew and English indicating which floor we are on.
Technological aids for the hearing impaired
These aids are used by hearing impaired people who use hearing aids and can be obtained by contacting the reception.
Restaurant
The hotel restaurant is on the lobby floor and can be entered with a wheelchair. If necessary and upon request, we have special chairs with armrests in the restaurant that allow the owner of a wheelchair to move to a regular chair during the meal if he wishes so. The meals are served at the buffet, but the waiters are at your service to serve the food from the buffet to you.

The hotel pool is located on the floor above the lobby. The pool has a lifting facility for the disabled. In addition to that, there are accessible restrooms.
Animals
The entry of animals is generally prohibited, only accommodation of guide dogs for the blind and severely visually impaired is allowed. The hotel must be informed regarding the guide dog upon making the reservation.
