Maintain a culture of respect; free of harassment of any kind and according to the Code of Conduct
The Prima hotels supports and adheres to the policies set forth by the Prevention of Sexual Harassment Law, 5758-1998 on September 20, 1998
Accordingly, the Prima hotels will not tolerate acts of harassment or discrimination on the basis of race, sex, gender, age, religion, nationality, disability, or any other characteristic protected by Israeli law. Discrimination on the basis of these identities, in addition to perceived or actual gender and sexual orientation, inhibits one’s individual right to freedom, privacy, and equality.
Sexual harassment, which can be perpetrated by both sexes, harms working relations and is an affront to personal dignity. All discrimination is contrary to the policy of the Prima hotels and will not be tolerated. Violation of these policies is a criminal act and violators will be prosecuted.
The Prima hotels is committed to creating a safe and respectful atmosphere for all staff and patrons. The Centre believes that respect and open communication between people is essential to maintaining a professional, productive working environment and a welcoming space for all visitors.
