Minimum age for check-in is 18. Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is until 11:00. During Saturdays and Jewish Holidays: check-in is at least one hour after the end of the holiday/Shabbat, and check-out is until 11:00.

The hotel is kosher under the supervision of the Shoham Rabbinical Council. The hotel features a Shabbat elevator that stops at the following floors: L1, H1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 12. The Shabbat elevator operates on Shabbat and Jewish holidays. Guests who observe Shabbat can request mechanical Shabbat keys at the reception before the start of Shabbat or a holiday.
Shabbat and holiday candle lighting is available at the station provided by the hotel. Lighting candles in the rooms is prohibited.

Entrance to the hotel
Hotel’s reception is located at the entrance floor and is accessible to guests with wheelchairs. There are accessible doors at the entrance near the carousel door. At the front desk there is a hearing aid system designed for the hearing impaired who use hearing aids.
Accessible Restrooms
There are accessible restrooms located at the entrance floor of the hotel with a clear direction sign. Additional restrooms are located at the hotel's restaurant, floor 1L, and the lounge floor 12 as well as the banquet hall on the 1H floor.
Elevators
There are 3 guest elevators that are adapted for wheelchair use. You can identify each floor number by feeling the braille signage on the surface of the frame. In addition, inside the elevator there is a voice announcement in Hebrew and English indicating which floor we are on.

Restaurants
The hotel restaurant is on the L1 floor and is accessible to people with disabilities. If necessary, we have chairs with armrests that allow the owner of a wheelchair to move to a regular chair during the meal.
The meals are served at the buffet, but the waiters are at your service to serve the food from the buffet to you.
The rooftop restaurant on the 12th floor is also accessible for people with disabilities.
Rooms
The hotel has four classic rooms that are accessible for people with disabilities. These rooms must be booked in advance. A single bed can be added to these rooms for the purpose of accommodating a companion, or alternatively, an additional adjoining room can be booked for the use of a companion (for a fee).

Only accommodation of guide dogs for the blind and severely visually impaired is allowed.
