The minimum age for check-in is 18.
Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is by 11:00 AM (Sunday to Thursday). Latest check-out upon availabilty and subject to additional charge 200 NIS. On Saturdays and on Jewish holidays we allow checking-out after Shabbat/holiday ends at no additional charge, and room check-in is available starting one hour after Shabbat/holiday ends.
Online check-in is available on our guest e-concierge app. The link to the app will be sent after the reservation is made. You can find suggestions for in-house activities and recommendations for attractions in the vicinity of the hotel.

The hotel is kosher under the supervision of the Jerusalem Rabbinate. Shabbat Elevator is operating during Saturdays & Jewish holidays. Guests who avoid using electricity on Shabbat can approach the front desk in order to receive mechanical keys. Candle lighting is allowed in a designated are a in the lobby. Lighting candles in your room is strictly forbbiden.
The hotel’s restaurant offers guests a rich Israeli breakfast, served daily from 07:00 to 10:00. Non-staying guests can also enjoy the extensive and varied breakfast. The cost is 80 ₪ per adult and 40 ₪ per child (under 12). On Saturdays, breakfast is served from 07:00 to 11:00. During Jewish holidays, all holiday meals are served in accordance with the spirit and traditions of the holiday. Dining room is located on the ground floor and can be entered with a wheelchair. If necessary and upon request, there are special chairs with armrests in the dining room that allow wheelchaired persons to move to regular chairs during the meal if they wish so.
The meals are served at the buffet, but the waiters are ready to serve the food from the buffet.
