The minimum age for check-in is 18.
Rooms are available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM (Sunday to Friday).
On Saturdays and on Jewish holidays: We allow checking-out after Shabbat/holiday ends at no additional charge, and room check-in is available starting one hour after Shabbat/holiday ends.

The hotel is kosher under the supervision of the Jerusalem Rabbinate. Shabbat Elevator is operating during Saturdays & Jewish holidays. Guests who avoid using electricity on Shabbat can approach the front desk in order to receive mechanical keys. Candle lighting is allowed in a designated are a in the lobby. Lighting candles in your room is strictly forbbiden.
The hotel’s restaurant offers guests a rich Israeli breakfast, served daily from 07:00 to 10:00. Non-staying guests can also enjoy the extensive and varied breakfast. The cost is 80 ₪ per adult and 40 ₪ per child (under 12). On Saturdays, breakfast is served from 07:00 to 11:00. In the hotel premises, there are 2 parking spaces for the disabled, upon availability, including an option for a vehicle for the disabled with a side lift.
Entrance to the hotel
It is possible to enter the hotel with a wheelchair directly to the reception and the rooms through the main door.
Reception: the hotel has an accessible reception that is mostly adapted for wheelchair use. There are no technological aids for the hearing impaired at the hotel reception.

There are restrooms for the disabled located on the entrance floor.
Elevators
The guest elevators are wheelchair accessible. There is no voice announcement on which floor the elevator is.
Dining room
Dining room is located on the ground floor and can be entered with a wheelchair. If necessary and upon request, there are special chairs with armrests in the dining room that allow wheelchaired persons to move to regular chairs during the meal if they wish so.
The meals are served at the buffet, but the waiters are ready to serve the food from the buffet.

The entry of animals in general is prohibited except guide dogs for the blind and severely visually impaired.
