Minimum age for check-in is 18. Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is until 11:00. During Saturdays and Jewish Holidays: check-in is at least one hour after the end of the holiday/Shabbat, and check-out is until 11:00.

The hotel has one classic room located on the first floor, suitable for use with a wheelchair with an accessible bathroom. The entry of animals is generally prohibited, only accommodation of guide dogs for the blind and severely visually impaired is allowed.
