Minimum age for check-in is 18. Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is until 11:00. During Saturdays and Jewish Holidays: check-in is from 19:00 or at least one hour after the end of the holiday/Shabbat, and check-out is until 14:00.

Parking for people with disabilities
In the hotel area there are several parking lots designated for people with disabilities, the parking lot at the hotel is an outdoor parking lot. The handicap parking spaces are marked in blue on the floor and they are wide, which also allows the use of a wheelchair lift. If all the parking spaces are occupied, the hotel security guard can assist with parking as close as possible to the hotel’s entrance.
Entrance to the hotel
You can enter from the main entrance or from the back entrance directly to the reception area, accessible to wheelchairs, to the rooms and to the hotel’s spa - all paths to the elevators are without stairs.
Reception
Both in the hotel and in the spa there are accessible reception desks that are specially adapted for guests in wheelchairs. They are also equipped with a hearing aid system intended for those with hearing disabilities who use hearing aids.
Accessible Restrooms
There are accessible restrooms located at the entrance to both annexes, inside the spa and also in the outdoor pool complex.
The hotel spa also has accessible restrooms and a shower designed for use with a wheelchair.
Elevators
The 3 guest elevators to the Superior rooms are adapted for wheelchair use. Inside the elevator, there is a voice announcement in Hebrew and English indicating which floor we are on.
The elevators to Classic rooms are only suitable for those with a small wheelchair.
Technological aids for the hearing impaired
These technological aids for the hearing impaired are located in several places in the hotel, both at the hotel's reception desk, at the spa reception, at the hotel’s bar and at the entrance to the restaurant at the hostess’ stand.
The hotel spa
In the hotel spa, there is a heated pool with a special lift to lower a disabled person into the water. Please notify us in advance so that we can prepare the elevator ahead of time, since two people are needed to get it safely into the water. The procedure is also the same for the fresh water pool.
Restaurant
The Nana hotel restaurant is located on the ground floor in front of the entrance to the reception spa and can be entered with a wheelchair. If necessary and upon request, there is an adapted table.
The Marine restaurant is located on the minus 1 floor, it can only be reached by elevator. The meals are served at the buffet, but the waiters are at your service to serve the food from the buffet to you.
Rooms
The hotel has 5 accessible superior or classic rooms that are suitable for use with a wheelchair with an accessible bathroom.
These rooms must be booked in advance, especially during the summer months on holidays and weekends.
Animals
The entry of animals is generally prohibited, only accommodation of guide dogs for the blind and severely visually impaired is allowed.
Wheelchair lift
The hotel has a wheelchair lift for the benefit of disabled people who have difficulty with the ramp leading to the pool. This lift is only can be used only when accompanied by designated team members.

The hotel features an outdoor pool. Pool hours are from 8:30 AM to 6:45 PM in the summer and from 8:30 AM to 3:45 PM in the winter. The pool is outdoors and not heated.
