Minimum age for check-in is 18. Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is until 11:00. During Saturdays and Jewish Holidays: check-in is at least one hour after the end of the holiday/Shabbat, and check-out is until 14:00.

A Shabbat elevator is in operation on Shabbat and Jewish holidays. Guests who observe Shabbat can obtain mechanical Shabbat keys at the reception before the start of Shabbat or the holiday. Parking for people with disabilities
In the hotel area, there are two parking spaces intended for disabled persons that can also fit tall vehicles.

The hotel entrance is accessible and leads directly to the reception area.
Reception
The reception desk is accessible and equipped with a hearing aid system designed for the hearing impaired.
Elevators
The elevators are equipped with a voice announcement system that indicates the number of the floor where the elevator stops. The guest elevators are wheelchair accessible.
The hotel has two elevators.
Elevator No. 1: leads to odd-numbered floors accessed without the need to climb stairs and it serves floors: 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13
Elevator No. 2: leads to even-number floors and is located half a floor above the reception lobby area, which requires to climb 8 steps, not wheelchair accessible, and it serves floors: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14
Technological aids for the hearing impaired
These aids are used by hearing impaired people who use hearing aids and can be obtained by contacting the reception.
Rooms
We have two classic accessible rooms in the hotel. Please contact the hotel prior making a reservation to make sure the rooms are available.
Dining room
The elevator does not reach the dining room floor. In order to reach the dining room you need to exit at the lobby floor from elevator #1. After that, you have to go down 10 steps to get into the dining room. In the dining room there is a team of waiters who are always ready to assist and help are well briefed in the case of guests with disabilities.
Swimming Pool
The pool is not accessible and has stairs. There is no lift in the pool.
Lobby bar
The lobby bar is located half a floor above the reception lobby area and requires to climb about 8 steps.
Animals
The entry of animals is generally prohibited, only accommodation of guide dogs for the blind and severely visually impaired is allowed.
Hotel staff
Most of our hotel staff has participated in a workshop for accessible service and is at your service for any kind of assistance, so that we can make your stay with us more comfortable.
Secure luggage storage is available for all our guests for free before check-in and after check-out.
An ironing room with an iron and ironing board is available for self-service at all hours, free of charge on the 5th floor.
