The Red Sea Jazz Festival 2020

The International Red Sea Jazz Festival returns for the annual winter edition! The Red Sea Jazz Festival, with a winter and summer edition, returns to energize Eilat. The festival attracts thousands of visitors and dozens of artists for a 3 day musical celebration.The festival is held in the vibrant surroundings of Eilat Port featuring freight containers that have magically formed music halls and majestic cranes adorning the endless paved terrain overlooking the yachts floating peacefully on the water.
Established in 1987, the International Red Sea Jazz Festival has become one of the most popular events in both the winter and summer. The initial thought was to further stimulate the already vibrant local jazz scene and on the way invite guests to Israel’s fantastic tourist gem and resort town, the city of Eilat. The festival features some of the best Israeli jazz alongside first-class guest jazz artists from around the globe, each evening includes eight to nine concerts followed by the traditional jam session until sunrise.
Scheduled performances include:Edmar Castaneda & Gabriel Mirabassi,Yilian Cañizares, Beri Sakharof with Itamar Durai and Omri Mor, Gabriele Grosi, Garcia Fans Trio, Yaron Herman Trio and many more performances and jam sessions to be announced!
