A Jerusalem vacation including: a wine tasting celebration, a guided tour of vineyards in the Judean Hills,
local craft beer introduction and tastings, a sweet visit to a delicious ice-cream and chocolate shop,
a walking tour of “Nahla’ot” neighborhood and more…
Thursday
3:00 pm | Reception with sangria & sweets
8:00 pm |Cheers with Beers| A bubbly introduction and tastings of selected local craft (boutique) beers staring in the local beer scene.
We'll hear stories and anecdotes about the various beers, the people and beer breweries behind them.
Friday
6:30-10:00 am | Luxurious Israeli breakfast
10:30 am | Guided tour to wineries in the Judean Hills |includes wine tasting, snacks; breads, cheeses, olives, and plenty of laughter. The ride is organized from the Hotel lobby.
En route to or through the vineyards of Ein Kerem, pay a visit to the authentic village surrounded by woods, old houses and churches,
and you are invited to the village ice-cream and chocolate shop.
Here you are welcome to see and taste forty types of Pralines, truffles, chocolate covered dried fruit, citrus peels, wines, coffee and home-made gelato.
6:30-10:00 pm | Richly flavored evening meal
9:00 pm |Wine tasting celebration-Tasting wines, with snacks and stories from behind the scenes of the world of wine. With Dekel Cohen, consultant, expert and lover of wine.
Saturday
06:30-8:00 am | luxurious Israeli breakfast
12:00 noon | Guided tour of the 'neighborhoods' of the city| Hear stores of the neighborhoods, the houses, the different local characters and folklore of the new neighborhoods outside the City walls.
It is recommended to wear comfortable walking shoes and bring a water bottle. (In Hebrew).
4:00 pm | Meet for coffee and cake for the road
