That's exactly why we, at Prima Hotels, are happy to update our guests that we are fully committed to and implement a high standard hygiene protocol and make sure to follow a series of precautions under the Ministry of Health's instructions, with the aim of keeping our guests healthy and safe.
To illustrate our commitment to our guests and staff, we are happy to share with you the preparations and steps we have taken, allowing our guests a carefree experience:
Wearing a face mask and body temperature measurement are obligatory when entering a hotel All staff members are fully trained on cleaning, hygiene & health standard protocols, and are obliged to wear face masks and hand gloves while working We use certified disinfectants and detergents Social distancing is encouraged in all common areas, including the staff quarters and work areas The hotels are equipped with personal protective equipment that are accessible to staff members and guests (masks, gloves, wipes, antibacterial sanitizing gel etc.) in both public areas and rooms We have installed hand sanitizing stations in the Hotel's public areas
Health and hygiene standards in public areas:
Implementation of more frequent cleaning and heavy disinfection of high-touch public surfaces, including lobby doors and handles, front desks, vending areas, corridor handrails, elevators and more Hotel public areas have indicators to ensure correct social distancing according to the Ministry of Health's guidelines Hand sanitizing stations are available in high traffic areas Food and beverage service is constantly adjusted to be in accordance with current food safety recommendations from the Ministry of Health Food and beverage service is constantly adjusted to be in accordance with current food safety recommendations from the Ministry of Health
Health and hygiene standard in hotel rooms:
We ensure extra disinfection of the top 10 high-touch areas including light switches and control handles, bathrooms, TV remote, personal safe, hangers and more All bedding and towels are washed in high temperature (not less than 70 degrees Celsius), using a special detergent. Towels are packed in a plastic wrap All hotel rooms are equipped with a disinfectant and protective kit which includes: antibacterial hand sanitizing gel bottle (70% alcohol, 100ml), disposable PE gloves, FDA / CE approved tri-layer masks and antibacterial hand sanitizing wipes for personal use and disinfectant Wrapped disposable cups are placed in the room as well as a packaged coffee and tea set
• Reservations to be redeemed up until September 1st, 2020 - can be canceled up to 24 hours prior to arrival with no cancellation fee
