Wearing a face mask and body temperature measurement are obligatory when entering a hotel
All staff members are fully trained on cleaning, hygiene & health standard protocols, and are obliged to wear face masks and hand gloves while working
We use certified disinfectants and detergents
Social distancing is encouraged in all common areas, including the staff quarters and work areas
The hotels are equipped with personal protective equipment that are accessible to staff members and guests (masks, gloves, wipes, antibacterial sanitizing gel etc.) in both public areas and rooms
We have installed hand sanitizing stations in the Hotel's public areas
We ensure extra disinfection of the top 10 high-touch areas including light switches and control handles, bathrooms, TV remote, personal safe, hangers and more
All bedding and towels are washed in high temperature (not less than 70 degrees Celsius), using a special detergent. Towels are packed in a plastic wrap
All hotel rooms are equipped with a disinfectant and protective kit which includes: antibacterial hand sanitizing gel bottle (70% alcohol, 100ml), disposable PE gloves, FDA / CE approved tri-layer masks and antibacterial hand sanitizing wipes for personal use and disinfectant
Wrapped disposable cups are placed in the room as well as a packaged coffee and tea set
