9:30 am| Tour of Yatir Forest: bordering on the Tel Arad-desert over the Arad rift.
Located at the site called Havorat Anim
an underground community of the times of the Mishnah and Talmud, where an ancient synagogue and an agricultural installations hint at an ancient society.
We then move to Tel Arad in Arad. At the top of the mound where we wander through Israeli fortress ruins of the Temple from the period of the Jewish Kings of Israel, preserved almost in its entirety.
 Please wear comfortable shoes, a hat and water. Duration approx. 4.5 hours Arriving in private vehicles.
10:00 am | Meridian Stretching- exercises with a balanced approach to physical and mental fitness
12:00 noon | Shape your body | stretch and flex your curves and give your body the attention it deserves
2:00 pm | Salt-Water Yoga | find your balance, improve your stability and coordination, while exercising Yoga in a salt-water pool
3:30 pm | Hydro – Pilates | in water Pilates experience, challenging your body to exercise, while resisting the floating effects of a salt-water pool
6:00 pm - 8:30 pm | Dinner

Saturday
8:00-12:00 am | Israeli Breakfast
9:00 am | Walking tour Bokek River- tour the riverbed, running water all year round.
Get to know the vegetation and archaeological remains along the route and the geography of the Judean Desert, the Dead Sea and Nahal Bokek-
accompanied by a qualified guide, changes according to the weather! Equip yourself with a hat, water and comfortable shoes that can get wet.
