12:00 noon | Shape your body | stretch and flex your curves and give your body the attention it deserves
2:00 pm | Salt-Water Yoga | find your balance, improve your stability and coordination, while exercising Yoga in a salt-water pool
3:30 pm | Hydro – Pilates | in water Pilates experience, challenging your body to exercise, while resisting the floating effects of a salt-water pool
4:00 pm | The power of a good word– a fun workshop where we'll learn how to strengthen our nearest and dearest confidence.

Saturday
9:00 am| Walking tour to Bokek River- tour the riverbed, running water all year round.
Get to know the vegetation and archaeological remains along the route and the geography of the Judean Desert, the Dead Sea and Nahal Bokek -
accompanied by a qualified guide. Changes according to the weather! Equip yourself with a hat, water and comfortable shoes that can get wet

11:00 am | Close Encounters– a closer look at our relationships and ourselves. Awareness to what 'fuels' positive or negative feelings?

12:00 noon | Yogilates | to enhance inner peace, tranquility and body awareness
*Smadar  Sela- Parents Group Facilitator with a great sense of mission; A personal trainer and group trainer in her field,
working as an instructor, training school faculty member of the Adler Institute; professor of organizations and educational institutions.
