International Puppet Theater Festival 2018

The International Festival of Puppet Theater is an annual event organized by The Train Theater in Jerusalem.
This summer the First Station will be hosting the festival which is geared towards both children and adults and offers high quality,
exciting and colorful puppetry programming.
The festival, which includes modern and traditional puppet theater, was founded in 1983 and became an annual event in 2001.
It includes modern and The program is created based on variety, uniqueness, artistic quality and relevance with many international renowned puppetry and visual theater artists.
Every year the festival hosts several foreign productions and international directors, giving Israeli artists a unique opportunity for exposure.
Performances take place at a number of cultural institutions in Jerusalem including street performances.
