Open House Jerusalem 2019

Open House Jerusalem is one of many “Open House” events that take place in cities around the world.
One weekend a year, Jerusalem opens up private spaces which include designer lofts, urban villas, unique synagogues, architecturally significant public buildings, curious construction sites, plazas and gardens.
During the event weekend, the public can visit, explore and discuss these sites.
The inspiration for the event came from OpenHouse LONDON and Open House NY.
The event is made possible through contributions from architects, developers, property owners and many others.
The free guided tours offered during this weekend include historically and architecturally significant sites such as the Isaac Kaplan Old Yishuv Court,
located in a 500-year-old building in the Jewish Quarter and the Christ Church Guesthouse, the oldest protestant church in the Middle East.
