2:00 pm | Salt-Water Yoga | find your balance, improve your stability and coordination, while exercising Yoga in a salt-water pool
3:00 pm | Hydro – Pilates | in water Pilates experience, challenging your body to exercise, while resisting the floating effects of a salt-water pool
4:00 pm | Me & My Colors – Colors play a significant part in our lives. In a colorful and exciting encounter,
we'll take a journey of self-discovery and learn to know ourselves a little better through the colors we connect to in our daily lives.-under the guidance of Rochale Ha'Meiri **(in Hebrew)

Saturday

9:00 am | Walking tour to Bokek River- tour the riverbed, running water all year round.
Get to know the vegetation and archaeological remains along the route and the geography of the Judean Desert, the Dead Sea and Nahal Bokek -
accompanied by a qualified guide. Changes according to the weather! Equip yourself with a hat, water and comfortable shoes that can get wet

 *Maya Guez is a researcher and lecturer in Israeli-French at Tel Aviv University. Maya lived in Paris for a decade working  as a lifestyle business reporter from "Globes" and interviewed fashion designers, actors, politicians and Michel star chefs.
