A visitors and shopping center offering cosmetic products made of ingredients from the Dead Sea. Visitors are able to view the production, filling and packaging floor of the factory as well as a video about the production process. Cosmeticians provide consultation and guidance in a variety of languages and the Factory Store offers cosmetic products at attractive prices. Admission is free of charge. Visit the center for beauty, excitement and a little individual pampering.

EinGedi Tourist Center– Desert Tourism

Desert Vehicle Safari – Off-the-beaten path excursions in new special 4x4 desert trucks with 45 seats. The center offers a variety of fascinating trips to magnificent areas of desert beauty. A team of skilled guides is available at every site to help with any request.

 



The Botanical Gardens

– An astonishing and unique botanical garden in at the heart of the desert containing an abundance of rare plant life from around the world. Guided tours combine an introduction to the vegetation with fascinating stories.



Mitzpe Arugot

– A gorgeous café facing the canyon of Nahal Arugot and Har Zaroya. An unforgettable combination of fine coffee, magnificent nature and delicious cakes, including the famous Ein Gedi Carrot Cake.


Ein Gedi Inn

– A kosher restaurant, located on the beach of the Dead Sea behind the Paz Ein Gedi Gas Station, offers home-cooked cuisine, family-style atmosphere and self-service hot and chilled meals, salad bar, selection of desserts, cakes and hot and cold beverages. Qumran

Karakal Desert Tours


Karakal Desert Tours plan and execute complex day tours requiring precision timing and specialize in planning events and “fantasies” in the heart of the desert, including evening events that include lighting, artists, premium catering and pyrotechnics. Tours and events include combine nature, music and personal pampering. Camel lot

Provides guided jeep tours through the Judean Desert, the Arava and the craters. Donkey-drawn carriage rides are offered from Naot Hakikar in Wadi Amatzia and last about two hours. The tour includes pitching a tent, building a campfire, baking pita bread and eating traditional meals.
